Scarcroft is fortunate in receiving 46 resident’s three day concessionary tickets, this year £38.00 each. Applicants must be on the electoral roll, bona fida residents only, no none resident family or friends. Maximum two per household. Returned tickets must be passed back to the next on the drawn waiting list before 25th July 2010. The final list of names is sent to be printed by the promoter on 25th July and are not transferable or returnable after that date.
Photo and residential identity proof will be required on entry to the event.

It has been agreed by the management committee that as last year the following procedure will be adopted.

Application forms to be returned by 4th June 2010
All forms received from qualifying applicants, will be placed in a draw to take place at the Village Hall at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 8th June.2010.
All applications beyond those required, will be drawn to give a list to cover those giving back word or not paying by the required date.

Full Payment will be required by 22nd June 2010. A receipt will issued. Those failing to pay by that date, or returned cheques will have their allocation passed down to those waiting.
No Reminders will be sent.
Tickets printed with holders name by the promoters, will be available a few days before the event. And cannot be returned or names changed in any circumstances after 25th July 2010
All day car parking requires a pass, please ask if required.
